A. Information You Provide
When you create an account or contact us, we collect your Name, Username, Email address, and customer support correspondence.

B. Information Collected Automatically
We collect Device Information (model, OS), Usage Statistics, and Crash Logs. With your permission, we may collect Location Data (precise or approximate) for localized styling advice.

2. Image and Photo Data (Crucial)

Horni is an AI-powered fashion companion. To provide our Service, you may upload photos of your outfits.

No Biometric Recognition: We DO NOT perform face recognition or collect biometric identifiers.
Processing: Photos are processed solely for styling analysis.
Storage & Deletion: Photos are primarily processed locally. If cloud processing is needed, the image is used once and immediately deleted.
No Training: We DO NOT use your photos to train our AI models or for marketing.

3. Purpose of Use

We use data to provide services, improve functionality, ensure security, and provide support. We DO NOT sell your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with consent, trusted service providers (under confidentiality), or for legal/protection reasons. We may transfer data internationally using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Security & Retention

We use encryption and access controls. Data is retained only as long as necessary (Account life; deleted/anonymized within 30 days of request; usage stats 12 months; support data 6 months).
